Lunastak isn't a SaaS business. It's a working product built by Jonny Schneider and Humble Ventures to demonstrate what's possible when AI meets strategic thinking. Use it. Get value from it. There's no paywall.
That said — every conversation, every extraction, every strategy generated costs real money in AI processing. Usage is generous but not unlimited. Heavy users may see rate limits when things get busy.

What is a Decision Stack?
A five-layer strategic artefact: Vision → Strategy → Objectives → Opportunities → Principles. Framework by Martin Eriksson.
How is this different from just using ChatGPT?
Luna organises and synthesises — you don't have to think about the scaffolding. Structured persistence means your thinking compounds, it doesn't reset. A blank doc says "where do you want to start?" — Luna says "here's what you've been telling me, shall we make sense of it?"
Is my data safe?
Documents are processed but not stored. Extracted context, strategy artefacts, and conversations are retained to deliver the service. AI processing via Anthropic. See privacy notice.
How long does it take?

What kinds of input does Luna accept?
Conversations, documents (PDFs, transcripts, memos, board papers), and context bundles from your own LLM. Structure emerges on Luna's side, not yours.
